How do I block outgoing caller ID?

Outgoing caller ID is how people recognize that it is you calling them. If you wish to block this feature so your phone number is not displayed to the person you are calling, simply follow the steps below.

  1. Log into your Twigby Mobile account
  2. Go to "ACCOUNT SETTINGS". If you do not see it, tap on the orange menu icon Orange-Menu-Icon.jpg. Then you will be able to choose "ACCOUNT SETTINGS"
  3. Scroll down to “LINE SETTINGS” and select the desired line from the drop-down menu (if you have multiple lines)
  4. Click on “Caller ID Block”
  5. Read the disclaimer and click "YES" or "NO" to confirm your selection
