The Primary Line on your account is the designated phone number that will receive text messages with account payment related notices, special offers, new plan announcements, etc. Any other line(s) on your account will only receive usage-related text messages from Twigby Mobile.
To set a number as your primary line:
- Log in to your Twigby Mobile account
- Go to "ACCOUNT SETTINGS". If you do not see it, tap on the orange menu icon . Then you will be able to choose "ACCOUNT SETTINGS"
- Scroll down to "LINE SETTINGS", next to "Select Line", choose the phone number you want to designate as the primary line (by using drop-down box, if you have more than one line)
- Click on "PRIMARY LINE" and click "Confirm" to set that line as your primary
