To activate your Apple iPhone, simply insert the SIM card. If you purchased your iPhone from Twigby, your SIM card is already pre-installed in your phone. After 3-5 minutes, your iPhone will show a message stating “iPhone Activated.” If it does not activate automatically, please follow these steps:
- From the home screen, tap Phone.
- On the keypad, dial ##873283# and tap Call.
- Tap OK.
- Your device will search for profile updates and install them.
- Tap OK.
- Press the Home button. You’ve now updated the data profile.

To access the full iPhone iOS user guide:
- From the home screen, tap iBooks.
- Tap Search at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap in the search box at the top to type “iPhone User Guide.”
- Find the version of iOS installed on your phone and tap GET. (To find out what version of IOS is installed on your phone go to Setting>General>About>Software Version)
- Use Touch ID or your Apple password to begin download.
- Once it is installed, you can access the user guide under the Library tab.
