How do I order eSIM?

Need help placing an order for an eSIM? Follow the instructions below.

*Please note that you should only purchase an eSIM if you are ready to immediately activate service upon purchase.*

  1. Ensure that your phone is compatible with Twigby Mobile by using our phone compatibility tool here.
  2. After your phone is confirmed compatible, click on the "eSIM Instant Activation" button.
  3. If you already have an account, you will be asked to login. If not, you will need to create one.
  4. Once you have created your account or logged into your existing account, you will be prompted to finish placing your order.
  5. You will receive an email confirming your eSIM purchase.
  6. Now, you are ready to activate your eSIM.
