We like to keep things simple. Your billing date is determined by when your phone and service is active in our system. However, that date slightly varies based on whether you are transferring a phone number to Twigby Mobile or getting a new number. If you are unsure of your billing date, you can refer to the "Welcome to Twigby" email that was sent to the email address on your account. You can also login to your Twigby Mobile account and find this information on the "Your Account Summary" page.
Transferring a Phone Number:
- If you are transferring your phone number to Twigby Mobile and using a phone that is not active with another provider, your billing date will be the date you click the "Activate" button for the line.
- If you are transferring your phone number to Twigby Mobile and using a phone that is active with another provider, your billing date will be the date the phone number transfer is completed.
Getting a New Phone Number:
- If you are getting a new phone number, your billing date will be the date you click the "Activate" button for the line.
Once your billing date has been determined, your account will be charged for service on that date every month. Additionally, any additional lines you may add after your first one will have the same billing date, regardless of when they are activated.
