If you see an “Invalid SIM” or “SIM Not Supported” message on your phone after installing your Twigby Mobile SIM card, your phone is SIM locked. Some cellular providers offer discounted phone pricing or phone financing and will SIM lock the phone to only read their SIM cards. When your phone is SIM locked, it will need to be unlocked by the original service provider. In order for a phone to activate on the Twigby Mobile network, it must be SIM unlocked.
Twigby Mobile is unable to unlock phones that were sold and locked by other cellular providers. You will need to reach out directly to the original service provider that the phone was purchased from and ask them to unlock your phone.
