How do I purchase 1GB of extra data?

If you do not want to change your plan or continue using 2G speeds when you have run out of data, you have the option to buy 1GB of extra data to use until the end of the billing period. To do this, please follow the steps below.

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on "ACCOUNT SETTINGS". If you do not see it, tap on the orange menu iconOrange-Menu-Icon.jpg . Then you will be able to choose "ACCOUNT SETTINGS"
  3. Scroll down to "LINE SETTINGS" and select the line that you would like to buy 1GB of extra data for (by using drop-down box, if you have more than one line)
  4. Click on “Add 1GB of Data”
  5. Choose "YES" to make the purchase
