The Administrative Fee is a monthly surcharge to help defray the costs of various processing expenses that include, but is not limited to, expenses incurred for the cost of complying with regulatory requirements such as administrative costs for compliance and filing efforts for Universal Service Fund administration, Wireless Number Portability, Customer Proprietary Network Information compliance, legal compliancy, operational processes, and other third-party expenses. This Twigby Mobile surcharge is based on many factors including the product(s) purchased, the jurisdictional location and it may change over time.
