It's super easy! Just follow these three simple steps:
1. Log into your Twigby account
2. Then click on "Account Settings"
3. Scroll down to "Line Settings". At the bottom of Line Settings, you will see a section that relays if the phone used with that line is compatible or not
If your phone is compatible, in just a couple of clicks, you will be able to order a new SIM card free of charge for the new network.
