How Do I Add a Line?

Adding a Line to an Existing Account Tutorial

Need help with adding a line on your existing Twigby Mobile account? Just follow the step-by-step instructions below.

  1. Log into your Twigby Mobile account
  2. Click on “ADD A LINE”. If you do not see it, tap on the orange menu icon Orange-Menu-Icon.jpg. Then you will be able to choose “ADD A LINE
  3. Click on “Shop Phones” if you will be purchasing a phone from Twigby or click on “Check Your Phone” if you are bringing your own phone to Twigby Mobile

If you are purchasing a phone from Twigby, follow these steps. If not, scroll down for instructions on how to bring your own phone.

  1. After clicking on “Shop Phones”, choose the phone you would like to purchase by clicking on its “ADD TO CART” button
  2. Add any accessories you'd like to purchase to the cart
  3. Click “CONTINUE TO CART
  4. Choose to keep your number or get a new number, enter your service address, and pick your plan
  5. Enter any promotion codes you may have and click “Apply
  6. Then click on the “Checkout” button
  7. Enter your Shipping Address and choose your shipping method. Then click "Continue"
  8. Review your order. If everything is correct, in the “Select Payment” section, choose how you will pay to complete your purchase
  9. Then click on the "Purchase" button to complete your purchase
  10. You will receive an email once your order is submitted and again when your order is shipped

If you are bringing your own phone to Twigby Mobile, follow these instructions.

  1. After clicking on “Check Your Phone”, enter your phone’s IMEI
  2. Click on the "GET YOUR FREE SIM CARD" or “ESIM INSTANT ACTIVATION” button
  3. Next, you will choose to keep your number or get a new number, enter your service address, and choose your plan
  4. Next, click on the “Checkout” button
  5. If prompted, enter your Shipping Address and choose your preferred shipping method. Then click "Continue
  6. Review your order. If everything is correct, in the “Select Payment” section, choose how you will pay to complete your purchase
  7. Then click on the "Purchase" button to complete your purchase
  8. You will receive an email once your order is submitted. If you got a physical SIM card, you will receive a second email when your order is shipped. If you got an eSIM and your phone did not send you a notification letting you know that the eSIM is ready to be set up, you should have received a second email with a QR code on it that will allow you to activate the eSIM
