How Do I Place an Order?

Need help placing an order for a new phone and service? Just follow the step-by-step instructions below. 

  1. Go to
  2. At the top of the page, click on "PHONES". If you do not see it, click on the orange menu icon first Orange-Menu-Icon.jpg
  3. Choose the phone you want to purchase by selecting its "ADD TO CART" button
    • If you would like to see more information about a phone, click on its "View Details" link
  4. Add any accessories you would like to purchase to your cart
  5. Then scroll down and choose "CONTINUE TO CART
  6. Create a new Twigby account if you do not have one. If you do, choose "sign in" to log into your existing Twigby account
  7. Next, you will see the phone in your cart. Choose "Continue Order"
  8. Choose if you will be keeping your number or getting a new number
    • Note: View this article to see what info you need to transfer your phone number
  9. Enter your Service Address and choose "Continue"
  10. Select how much data you want and click on the "Continue" button
    • Note: You can review our plan options before you start the process
  11. Enter any promo codes you may have and select "Apply"
  12. Then click on "Checkout"
  13. Enter your Shipping Address and choose your preferred shipping method. Then click "Continue
  14. Review your order and ensure everything is correct
  15. If you were referred by a friend, enter their full name and phone number in the "Referral Rewards" section. Then click on the "Add Referral" button
    • Note: The referral amount will be applied to both accounts after your service has been active for 45 days
  16. In the “Select Payment” section, choose how you will pay to complete your purchase
    • Note: If entering your credit card number, do not use dashes or spaces
  17. You will receive an email from Twigby once your order is submitted and again when your order is shipped
