How do I update my account PIN?

To change your PIN, please follow the steps below.

  1. Log into your Twigby Mobile account
  2. Choose "ACCOUNT SETTNGS". If you do not see it, click on the orange menu icon first Orange-Menu-Icon.jpg. Then you will be able to select "ACCOUNT SETTINGS"
  3. Click on "Account PIN"
  4. Enter your new PIN and choose "Save"
    • Note: Your PIN must be 4 digits and can only contain numbers
