Twigby Wi-Fi Calling and Texting is available with select phones purchased from our online store. Some phone models purchased from Twigby prior to 11/25/2019 or Bring Your Own Phones may be capable yet cannot be guaranteed. Wi-Fi minutes are simply deducted from your minute plan allotment.
Please select your phone manufacturer to see if your phone is listed as compatible for WiFi Calling and Texting. If your phone is listed as compatible, follow how-to instructions. Phones not listed are not capable.

iPhone (iOS 12)
- Make sure that the device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Settings > Cellular > Wi-Fi Calling > Toggle – ON > Click Enable > the phone will say please wait while Wi-Fi Calling is activated.
- You will now need to enter your 9-1-1 Location. Please enter your country, street name, City, State, and Zip Code click done. Click Next, and then confirm the information entered, and click save.
- It will give you the option to enable Wi-Fi Calling through iCloud for all your devices. If you want to use this options select it, if not click none, and next.
- Wi-Fi Calling should now be activated on your device, and the green toggle beside Wi-Fi Calling should be green.
iPhone (iOS 13)
- Make sure that the device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Wi-Fi Calling > Toggle – ON > Click Enable > the phone will say please wait while Wi-Fi calling is enabled.
- Now you will need to register your 9-1-1 location > Enter your country, street name, city, state, and zip code and then Click Done > Confirm your location, and click Save.
- It will give you the option to enable Wi-Fi Calling through iCloud for all your devices. If you want to use this options select it, if not click none, and next.
- Wi-Fi Calling should now be activated on your device, and the green toggle beside Wi-Fi Calling should be green.

- On this device Wi-Fi calling is called Calling Plus
- Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi. Go to settings > Calling Plus > Toggle – ON (Wi-Fi calling on this device is called Calling Plus.)
- Register your 9-1-1 locations > Enter your street name, city, state, and zip code, and hit next > Confirm Entry and Click Save
- Calling Plus (Wi-Fi calling) should now be activated.
LG Tribute Dynasty
- On this device Wi-Fi calling is called Calling Plus.
- Make sure that the device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Go back to Settings > Network Tab > Calling Plus > Toggle – On > Device will now say configuring > this can take several minutes.
- You will now need to register your 9-1-1 location.
- Please enter your street, city, state, and zip code. Then click save.
- Wi-Fi calling (Calling Plus) should now be activated.

- Now you will need to register your 9-1-1 location. Enter your street name, city, state, and zip code then click next. > Confirm your location entry, and click save.
- Wi-Fi calling should now be activated.
Motorola Moto E5 Play
- Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi Calling.
- Click Activate Wi-Fi Calling > Next > Next > Next > Done > Device should now say loading > Next you will need to register your 9-1-1 locations.
- Enter your street, city, state, and zip code. Confirm your entry, and click Save. Wi-Fi Calling should now be active.
- You cannot make calls with Wi-Fi if the phone is in Airplane mode.
Motorola Moto G6 Play XT1922
- Make sure that the device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi Calling > Activate Wi-Fi Calling.
- Now you will need to register your 9-1-1 location. Enter your street name, city, state, and zip code then click next. > Confirm you location entry, and click save.
- Wi-Fi calling should now be activated.
Motorola Moto G7 Play
- Make sure that the phone is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Voice Networks > Wi-Fi Calling > Toggle – ON.
- The device will say please wait > Now you will need to register your 9-1-1 location.
- Please enter your street name, city, state, and zip code. Click Next > Then verify your address is correct > Click Save > the toggle beside.
- Wi-Fi calling should now be activated.
- You can now take your phone out of airplane mode.

- Wi-Fi calling should now be activated.
- You can now take your phone out of Airplane mode.

- Make sure that the device is connect to Wi-Fi.
- Open up the dialer > Up in the search bar – click on the 3 vertical dots > Settings
- Scroll down > Select Wi-Fi calling > Toggle – On.
- Now you will need to register your 9-1-1 location > Enter your street name, city, zip code and then click next. > Confirm your entry and click save.
- Wi-Fi calling should now be activated.
Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
- Make sure that device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Go to settings > Connections > Place the phone in Airplane Mode> Turn Wi-Fi back on.
- Go back to the main settings page > Wi-Fi Calling > Toggle – On.
- Now you will need to register your 9-1-1 location. Enter your Street Name, City, State, and Zip Code then click done. Next confirm your location information and click save.
- Wi-Fi calling should now be activated.
- You can now take your phone out of airplane mode.
Samsung Galaxy S8
- Make sure that the device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings > Connections > Place the phone in Airplane Mode > Turn Wi-Fi back on. > Voice Networks > Wi-Fi calling > Toggle – ON.
- Now you need to register your 9-1-1 location > Enter your street name, city, state, zip code and click next. Confirm your location entry, and click Save.
- Wi-Fi calling should now be activated.
- You can now take your phone out of Airplane mode.

- Make sure that the device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings > Voice Networks > Wi-Fi Calling > Toggle – ON.
- Now you will need to register your 9-1-1 location > Enter your street name, city, zip code and then click next. > Confirm your location entry, and click save.
- Wi-Fi calling should now be activated.

- Make sure device is connected to Wi-Fi > Go to settings and put the phone in Airplane Mode > Turn Wi-Fi Back on.
- Go back to settings > the device should now have an option for Wi-Fi Calling > Select Wi-Fi Calling > Toggle – ON > you will now need to register your device location.
- Enter your: street name, city, state, and zip code. On the next page click save.
- Wi-Fi calling should now be activated.
- You can now take your phone out of Airplane mode.

- Make sure that the device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings > Wi-Fi Calling > Toggle – ON.
- Now you will need to register your 9-1-1 location > Enter your street name, city, zip code and then click next. > Confirm your location entry and click save.

- Make sure that the phone is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Go to settings > Connections > Airplane Mode > Toggle – On > Now you need to register your 9-1-1 location. > Enter your Street Name, City, State and Zip code. > Confirm your entry and click save.
- Wi-Fi calling should now be activated.
- You can now take your phone out of Airplane mode.
