How do I order a replacement phone on my account?

Twigby Mobile provides a phone replacement program that allows for you to replace a phone that is lost, stolen, or damaged, or if you simply want to upgrade to a new phone.

  • One replacement phone can be purchased in any six-month period on any line that is active with Twigby. Additional replacement phones can be purchased under certain circumstances by paying full retail price. Please contact our Customer Support department for details.
  • Twigby Mobile reserves the right to cancel any replacement phone order.
  • Extra discounts (aside from the phone's sale price), such as promo codes, on replacement phone orders are not valid.

To order your replacement phone, simply follow these quick and easy steps:

  1. Sign into your Twigby Mobile account
  2. Click on “ACCOUNT SETTINGS”. If you do not see it, tap on the orange menu icon Orange-Menu-Icon.jpg. Then you will be able to choose “ACCOUNT SETTINGS”
  3. Scroll down to "LINE SETTINGS" and select the desired line from the drop-down menu next to “Select Line” (if you have multiple lines)
  4. Scroll to the bottom. You will see “Order Replacement”. Click on the “Phone” button
  5. Select the replacement phone you would like to purchase by clicking on its “ADD TO CART” button
  6. Add any accessories you would like to purchase to the cart
  7. Click “CONTINUE TO CART”
  8. Next, click on the “Checkout” button
  9. Enter your shipping address and choose your shipping method
  10. Review your order. If everything is correct, in the “Select Payment” section, choose how you will pay to complete your purchase
  11. You are done! You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. You will receive a second email when your order is processed and is ready for shipment
