Self Care is where you manage your Twigby Mobile account online.
Account Summary
- Shows account number, payment due, current billing period, phone lines on account, and a summary of the line(s)
- For your line, you can see charges, usage, or suspend the line
- Charges: View your plan and what you are being charged for
- Usage: See the amount of minutes and data remaining in the current billing period
- Suspend: Temporarily block a phone from being used. This does not cancel or stop billing for services
- You can also click "Pay Now" to make a payment on your account
Account Settings
- The Account Settings is where you can view and edit the settings of your account. The first step to any of these tasks is to log into your account and click on "ACCOUNT SETTINGS". If you do not see it, tap on the orange menu icon . Then you will be able to choose "ACCOUNT SETTINGS"
- In Account Settings, you can view or edit any of the following:
- Full Name
- Account Address
- Account Username (email address)
- Account Password
- Account PIN
- Security Questions
- Primary Payment Method
- Text Notifications (disable/enable)
- Line Settings
- Select a line to view/edit any of the following by choosing a phone number from the drop-down menu (if you have more than one line)
- Line Nickname
- Line Status
- Primary Line (line that receives account text notifications)
- Talk/Text Plan
- Data Plan
- Data Access (disable/enable)
- Data Speeds (add/remove a speed throttle)
- Add High-Speed Data
- Mobile Hotspot (disable/enable)
- Voicemail (disable/enable - disabling may delete all messages and greetings without the ability to retrieve them)
- Spam Filter
- Caller ID Name
- Caller ID Block (disable/enable - block your phone number and name from being displayed to the party you are calling)
- Phone Number (request new phone number)
- Active Phone (change the active phone or SIM card on a line)
- Order Replacement Phone or SIM Card
- Select a line to view/edit any of the following by choosing a phone number from the drop-down menu (if you have more than one line)
Bill History
- Bill History is where you can view your past billing statements. To do this, log into your account and click on "BILL HISTORY". If you do not see it, tap on the orange menu icon . Then you will be able to choose "BILL HISTORY"
Make Payment
- The Make Payment section is where you can submit a payment, see your current bill, and manage your payment information (view, add, and remove cards). Simply log into your account and click on "MAKE PAYMENT". If you do not see it, tap on the orange menu icon . Then you will be able to choose "MAKE PAYMENT"
Purchases
- View your Twigby purchases. Log into your account and click on "PURCHASES". If you do not see it, tap on the orange menu icon . Then you will be able to choose "PURCHASES"
Add a Line
- Add a new line to your account by purchasing a phone from Twigby or bringing your own phone. Log into your account and click on "ADD A LINE". If you do not see it, tap on the orange menu icon . Then you will be able to choose "ADD A LINE"
