How do I manage my account in Self Care?

Below are step by step instructions to assist you in managing your Twigby Self Care Account.

Account Summary

The Account Summary is where you will find your account number, if you have a payment due, the phone line(s) on the account, and a summary of the phone line(s).

How to change your plan:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SUMMARY
  • Click on Change Plan under Remaining Minutes or Remaining Data to choose which plan you would like to change up or down
  • Select your new plan
  • Choose to have Overage Protection On or Off
  • Make updates effective immediately or effective the next bill cycle
  • Click Save

How to view account details:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SUMMARY
  • Click on Details for the phone line you want to view
  • Details shows a detailed summary of the phone line’s plans and charges

How to suspend a line:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SUMMARY
  • Click on Details for the phone line you want to suspend
  • Click Suspend Line
  • Read the disclaimer to make sure you want to suspend the line and click Cancel or Suspend Line to proceed

How to give your line a nickname:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SUMMARY
  • Click on Details for the line you need
  • Click Create Nickname or Edit to change the nickname
  • Enter the nickname and click Update

How to view usage:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SUMMARY
  • Click on Usage for the phone line you want to view usage for
  • Choose to view voice, text, or data on a line and choose the billing period for the usage

How to make a payment:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SUMMARY
  • Under Account Overview, click Pay Now
  • Under Payment Information, choose a card you have on file that you want to use to pay
  • Enter Payment Amount
  • Click Submit Payment

 

Account Settings

The Account Settings is where you can view and edit the settings of your account.

How to view or edit account username:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Click on Edit next to Account Username

How to view or edit full name on account:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Click on Edit next to Full Name

How to view or edit account address:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Click on Edit next to Account Address

How to change your password:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Click on Edit next to Account Password

How to view or edit security questions:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Click on Change Security Questions

How to view, edit, or remove the primary credit card on account:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Click on Edit next to Primary Credit Card
  • Then add a new primary credit card to your account and click Save Card
  • If you already have another card saved that you want to make the primary, click Make This My Primary Card next to it
  • To remove a credit card from your account, click Edit, then click Remove

Line Settings

How to give your line a nickname:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Scroll down to Line Settings and Select the Line that is needed
  • Click on Edit next to Line Nickname
  • Enter the nickname and click Save

How to change the primary line:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Scroll down to Line Settings and Select the Line that you want to be the primary
  • Next to Primary Line, click on Set as Primary Line to change the primary line

How to change your plan:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Scroll down to Line Settings and Select the Line that is needed
  • Click on Change next to Talk/Text Plan or Data Plan
  • Select your new plan
  • Choose to have Overage Protection On or Off
  • Make updates effective immediately or effective the next bill cycle
  • Click Save

How to turn voicemail option on or off:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Scroll down to Line Settings and Select the Line that is needed
  • Next to Voicemail Option, click Turn Off to deactivate voicemail or click Turn On to activate voicemail

How to turn mobile hotspot on or off:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Scroll down to Line Settings and Select the Line that is needed
  • Next to Mobile Hotspot, click Turn off to deactivate mobile hotspot or click Turn On to activate mobile hotspot

How to suspend a line:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Scroll down to Line Settings and Select the Line that is needed
  • Next to Line Status, click Suspend Line
  • Read the disclaimer to make sure you want to suspend the line and click Decline or Confirm to proceed

How to change the active phone for a line:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Scroll down to Line Settings and Select the Line that is needed
  • Next to Active Phone, click Change Phone and enter the information as prompted

How to request to change your phone number:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Scroll down to Line Settings and Select the Line that is needed
  • Next to Phone Number, click Request New Number
  • Follow the instructions as prompted

How to turn off wireless services:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Scroll down to Line Settings and Select the Line that is needed
  • Next to Wireless Services, click Turn Off to turn off services for Data, Voice, and/or Messaging
  • Read the disclaimer to make sure you want to turn off the wireless services and click Cancel or Confirm to proceed

How to choose your data speeds:

  • Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Scroll down to Line Settings and Select the Line that is needed
  • Next to Data Speeds, click Edit to choose your desired data speed limit

 

Bill History

The Bill History shows past bills.

To view past bills:

  • Click on BILL HISTORY
  • Click on PDF to download and view the billing statement you need

 

Make Payment

The Make Payment section is where you can submit a payment, see your current bill, and manage your payment information.

How to view current bill:

  • Click on MAKE PAYMENT
  • Current bill and balance due are on this page

How to make a payment:

  • Click on MAKE PAYMENT
  • Under Payment Information, choose a card you have on file that you want to use to pay
  • Enter Payment Amount
  • Click Submit Payment

 

Purchases

The Purchases section is where you will find all your Twigby purchases.

How to view purchases:

  • Click on PURCHASES
  • A summary of your purchases will appear
  • Click View Details to see the Shipping & Payment and Order Summary of a product that was purchased

 

Add a Phone

How to add an additional phone to your account:

  • Click on ADD A PHONE
  • Click on Shop Phones to purchase a Twigby phone or click on Check Your Phone to bring your own phone and check if it is compatible to use with Twigby

 

Please note that your Twigby Self Care Account can be managed in both a desktop and mobile web browser. Additionally, our Twigby Self Care app can be downloaded so you can do all of this on the go!
