How Do I Set the Primary Line on My Account?

The Primary Line on your account is the designated phone number that will receive text messages with account payment related notices, special offers, new plan announcements, etc. Any other line(s) on your account will only receive usage-related text messages from Twigby.

To set a number as your primary line:

  • Log in to your Twigby Self Care Account
  • Scroll down to LINE SETTINGS and select the phone number you want to designate as the primary line
  • Once that phone number’s Line Setting information is displayed, scroll down to PRIMARY LINE and click the button to SET AS PRIMARY LINE.
