While it is rare for your phone number to be unable to port, there are some requirements for eligibility. In order to port or transfer your phone number to Twigby Mobile, we must offer coverage in the area and our network provider must have numbering services available. Additionally, your phone number must be active; if you have deactivated it, we will not be able to port it for you.
Please note that toll-free numbers are not port eligible.
