If your phone was lost or stolen with an active eSIM, you can contact support to suspend your line or you can suspend it within your account.
Suspending a line on your account enables you to temporarily shut off talk, text and cellular data. Please note that when someone calls your phone (while it is temporarily suspended), they will hear a recording that states the person they have called is unavailable right now, please try the call again later. Also note that suspending a line does not stop billing of your monthly service plan charges.
To suspend a line:
- Log into your Twigby Mobile account
- You will be taken to the Account Summary page
- For the line you want to suspend, click the orange "Suspend" button
- Click on "Suspend Line"
To lift the suspension/unsuspend the line:
- Log into your Twigby Mobile account
- You will be taken to the Account Summary page
- For the line you want to unsuspend, click the orange "Restore" button
- Click on "Restore"
