How can I change my email/account username?

Changing your email or account username is an easy process. Simply follow the steps below.

1. Log into your Twigby Mobile account
2. Click on "ACCOUNT SETTINGS". If you do not see it, click on the orange menu icon first . Then you will be able to select "ACCOUNT SETTINGS"
3. Click on "Account Username"
4. Choose to send the authentication code via email or text message
5. Type in the authentication code, your new username, and confirm your new username
6. Click on "Update Username"
