FED stands for Financial Eligibility Date. If you have a Twigby compatible phone from Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile, the FED is not an issue. However, if you have a phone from Sprint, this is the date when the phone is free and clear of any financial obligation or contract with them and can be used with Twigby. There are two main rules that would keep your phone from meeting FED requirement:
- If a phone was on a contract that failed to honor and pay for the full two-year agreement,
- If it has not been 15 months from its original purchase date from Sprint.
If a phone is in conflict with one of these two rules, you will likely not be able to activate it on Twigby, but we encourage you to check using our eligibility tool by clicking here.
