How do I suspend my mobile service?

If you want to temporarily suspend your mobile service, you can do so by logging in to your online account, or by speaking to a Twigby live agent by clicking the orange "Chat Now" button in the lower right hand corner of any page on the site. To view our chat hours click here.

Keep in mind that you will still be charged the monthly plan that you are subscribed to to keep you from losing your number.  You will not be able to make or receive calls, send or receive texts or use data while the line is suspended.
