How do I suspend my mobile service?

If you want to temporarily suspend your mobile service, you can do so by logging in to your online account, or by speaking to a Twigby Mobile live agent by clicking the orange "Chat With Us" button in the lower right hand corner of any page on the site. To view our chat hours click here.

Keep in mind that you will still be charged the monthly plan that you are subscribed to keep you from losing your number.  You will not be able to make or receive calls, send or receive texts or use data while the line is suspended.

Another option is the Number Parking Plan. You can choose to keep your phone number for a period of time without having service. It does have a $4/month fee and is subject to normal sales taxes for city, county and state. You will need to chat with a live agent to make this change.
