Twigby Mobile allows the option to change your phone number to a new, randomly selected number or to transfer a number from another carrier.
There isn't a charge for transferring a phone number from another carrier. There is a $5.00 one-time change fee to have a new, randomly assigned number replace your old phone number. After this first occurrence, the fee will increase to a $10 number change fee for each additional phone number change.
To change your number, simply chat with one of our U.S. based live chat agents by clicking the orange "Chat With Us" button at the bottom of your screen. A Twigby Mobile live agent will help you change your number in no time.
Our customer service hours for live chat are Monday-Friday 8am-9pm (CST) and from 10am-6pm (CST) Saturday-Sunday (excluding holidays).
