How do I bring my own phone to Twigby Mobile? (new or additional line)

It's easy to bring your own phone to Twigby Mobile! Just follow these easy steps:

  1. You first need to verify that your phone is compatible with Twigby by clicking here
  2. You will need a physical Twigby SIM card or eSIM (if your phone is eSIM capable). Choose to get a free SIM card or eSIM
  3. Next, you will be prompted to keep your number or get a new number, enter your service address, choose your plan, and finish checking out
  4. If you got a physical SIM card, instructions on how to activate it will be included once it arrives in the mail. If you got an eSIM, you may receive a notification on your phone saying your eSIM is ready for set up. Your phone will guide you through activating the eSIM. If you did not get that notification, please follow the eSIM activation instructions for Android or iPhone
