Why should I add a PIN or have security questions setup for my account?

Hackers, spies, ninjas... but seriously, the PIN feature provided by Twigby Mobile as well as the security questions are for your protection and are required in order to keep your account protected to the fullest extent.

In addition to this, we use these pieces of information to verify it's you we are working with if you ever need to chat in with us for account or service questions. Also, your account PIN must be verified before we will release your phone number to be ported to another provider. We don't want you to ever lose your phone number! Keeping your account information secure and protected is our top priority!


To setup a PIN and security questions, simply follow the steps below.

  1. Log into your Twigby account
  2. Choose "ACCOUNT SETTNGS". If you do not see it, click on the orange menu icon first Orange-Menu-Icon.jpg. Then you will be able to select "ACCOUNT SETTINGS"
  3. Click on "Account PIN" > enter your new PIN > "Save"
    • Note: Your PIN must be 4 digits and can only contain numbers
  4. Click on "Security Questions" > choose your new security questions > enter your answers > "Save"
