How do I bring my own phone to Twigby?

Need help placing an order to bring your own phone to Twigby Mobile? Just follow the step-by-step instructions below. 

  1. Go to twigby.com
  2. Enter your phone's IMEI to check your phone's compatibility
    • Note: Click the orange "Need Help with your IMEI?" for steps on how to find your phone's IMEI
  3. Click the box next to "I'm not a robot" and then click on "CHECK PHONE"
  4. If your phone is compatible with our network, you will be prompted to get a physical Twigby SIM card or eSIM (if your phone is eSIM capable). Click on the "GET YOUR FREE SIM CARD" or “ESIM INSTANT ACTIVATION” button
  5. Create a new Twigby Mobile account if you do not have one. If you do, choose "sign in" to log into your existing Twigby Mobile account
  6. Next, you will choose to keep your number or get a new number, enter your service address, and choose your plan. Then click on the “Checkout” button
  7. If prompted, enter your Shipping Address and choose your preferred shipping method. Then click "Continue
  8. Review your order and ensure everything is correct
  9. Under "Promotion Codes", enter any promo codes you may have and select "Apply"
  10. If you were referred by a friend, enter their full name and phone number in the "Referral Rewards" section. Then click on the "Add Referral" button
    • Note: The referral amount will be applied to both accounts after your service has been active for 45 days
  11. Choose how you want to pay to complete your purchase under the “Select Payment” section
    • Note: If entering your credit card number, do not use dashes or spaces
  12. Click on the "Purchase" button to complete your purchase
  13. You will receive an email once your order is submitted. If you got a physical SIM card, you will receive a second email when your order is shipped. If you got an eSIM and your phone did not send you a notification letting you know that the eSIM is ready to be set up, you should have received a second email with a QR code on it that will allow you to activate the eSIM
