When will I know what my new phone number is?

If you purchased a Twigby Mobile phone:

Once you receive your new phone from Twigby Mobile, you will be directed to the website to activate service. It is after completing this activation process that you will receive your phone number. Additionally, you will receive a "Welcome to Twigby" email which has important account information including your phone number. 

If you brought your own phone:

When you activate your line, you will be taken to a confirmation page with instructions on how to program your phone to work with Twigby Mobile. At the top of this page, you will see your phone number. Additionally, you will receive a "Welcome to Twigby" email which has important account information including your phone number.
