I forgot my Twigby password. How can I access my account?

We know it can be hard to keep up with all the passwords we have these days. But no worries, we understand the issue! If you've forgotten your password to sign in to your Twigby Mobile account, simply follow these steps:

1. Go to the sign in page
2. Click on "Forgot Password"
3. On the next page, enter your Twigby username (this is the e-mail associated to your account)
4. Click "Reset Password"
5. Check your e-mail for a temporary password (this might take a couple of minutes to send. Please do not request a temporary password more than once within a 15-minute period)
6. Return to the sign in page and log in using the temporary password

Now that you are logged in, we recommend changing your password to something that you will actually remember. You can change your password by following the steps below:

1. Visit the ACCOUNT SETTINGS page where you can change your password to whatever you will remember best
2. Go to "ACCOUNT SETTINGS". If you do not see it, tap on the orange menu icon . Then you will be able to choose "ACCOUNT SETTINGS"
3. Click on "Account Password" 
4. Choose to send the authentication code via email or text message and click on "Send Code"
5. When you receive the authentication code, type it in to the "Authentication Code:" box
6. Enter your new password 
7. Click on "Update Password"
