Here are few simple steps to try if your Twigby Mobile wireless phone will not power on.
- Plugging the phone into the charger - it can take up to an hour (or more) before it can power on
- Press and hold the power button
- Remove and replace the battery (if the battery is removable)
- If it is not charging, try a different outlet, charging brick or power cord
