My phone won't power on. What should I do?

Here are few simple steps to try if your Twigby Mobile wireless phone will not power on.

  • Plugging the phone into the charger - it can take up to an hour (or more) before it can power on
  • Press and hold the power button
  • Remove and replace the battery (if the battery is removable)
  • If it is not charging, try a different outlet, charging brick or power cord
