All Twigby Mobile accounts must have a payment method on file at all times. Additionally, there must always be a payment method that is marked as the primary. The primary payment method is the one that will be automatically charged for service each month.
When deleting a payment method, first make sure there's another method of payment on file. Mark that method as the primary by clicking "Make Primary" before deleting the desired method from your account.
To Add a New Card:
- Log into your Twigby Mobile account
- Click on "ACCOUNT SETTINGS". If you do not see it, tap on the orange menu icon . Then you will be able to choose “ACCOUNT SETTINGS”
- Under "ACCOUNT SETTINGS", click on “Primary Payment Method”
- Add your new card's information. Then click "Save card"
- Next, you can click "Make This My Primary Card" for the new card on file
To Delete a Card:
- Log into your Twigby Mobile account
- Click on "ACCOUNT SETTINGS". If you do not see it, tap on the orange menu icon . Then you will be able to choose “ACCOUNT SETTINGS”
- Under "ACCOUNT SETTINGS", click on “Primary Payment Method”
- First, you will add your new card information. Then click "Save card"
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, find the card you wish to remove, and select "Remove"
