You can turn data off and back on by following the instructions below. Turning off data will only impact Cellular Data and does not block access to available Wi-Fi networks.
- Log into your Twigby account here
- Go to "ACCOUNT SETTINGS". If you do not see it, tap on the orange menu icon . Then you will be able to choose "ACCOUNT SETTINGS"
- Scroll down to "LINE SETTINGS" and select the desired line from the drop-down menu (if you have multiple lines)
- Click on "Data Access"
- Read the disclaimer and click "YES" or "NO" to confirm your selection
To turn data back on, follow the steps again and choose to turn data ON.
Please note that monthly plan charges will still apply for the data package you have chosen for the month.
