How do I add a new line to my account?

It is super simple to add a line of service to your account.

Just log in to your Twigby account. From there, click on the add a phone tab (circled in blue below). Then just follow the steps. These are the same steps used for adding the first line to the account, so they should look familiar! 


First, you will select if you are purchasing a Twigby phone or bringing one that you already own.

  • If you are purchasing a Twigby phone, you will click the orange "Shop Phones" buttons and then add the phone you wish to buy to your cart. Next click "Add Service."
  • If you are bringing your own phone, click the orange "Check Your Phone" button.

From there, you will choose if you would like a new phone number assigned or if you are transferring/porting your phone number from another carrier. You can learn more about transferring your number on our blog.

Next, enter the service address of this phone to allow Twigby to know where the user is primarily located. 

Lastly, you will build your plan for this line! With Twigby, each line has its own plan which has proven to save people money compared to shared plans.
