My phone is lost or stolen. What should I do?

If this unfortunately happens, you can suspend service so the phone can't be used. Suspending a line on your account enables you to temporarily shut off talk, text and cellular data. Please note that when someone calls your phone (while it is temporarily suspended), they will hear a recording that states the person they have called is unavailable right now, please try the call again later. Also note that suspending a line does not stop billing of your monthly service plan charges.

To suspend a line, log in to your account on Click on “Details” for the active line you would like to temporarily suspend, and then click on “suspend line”.
