What information do I need to transfer (port) my number to Twigby?

If you're trying to transfer your number to Twigby, the most frustrating part can be trying to figure out what information your current wireless carrier requires to release your number. We want to create the easiest transition for you to bring your number to us. Below is a list of port requirements by carrier and the information you will need to transfer your number to Twigby.

Airvoice Wireless

  • Account number: This will be your 15-digit SIM card number (ICCID).
  • PIN: Last four digits of your phone number.

AT&T Wireless (Postpaid)

  • Account number: Usually found in the upper right hand corner of any bill, or in your online account.  The number should be entered without any dashes or hyphens.
  • PIN: Your PIN is usually the last four digits of your telephone number. It cannot be found on your bill or online account. You can call AT&T at 1-800-331-0500.
  • If you have multiple services with AT&T that are all billed on one account, the account number should be a 12-digit number. It can be found under your wireless account section when logged in to your account.

AT&T GoPhone

  • Account number: Contact GoPhone customer service by dialing 611 from your mobile phone.
  • PIN: Set up initially when you opened the account. If you don't remember, you can contact customer service at 1-800-901-9878.

AT&T Landline

  • Account number: Your 10-digit phone number.
  • PIN: This is the four digits listed after your phone number in the upper right-hand corner of your bill.

Boost

  • Account number: You can't obtain your account number on your online account. If you do not know your account number, you can contact Boost Mobile at 1-888-266-7848.
  • PIN: Four-digit number that you use to login to your account.

CenturyLink

  • Account number: Can be found in the upper right hand corner of any bill. It is your phone number plus three digits. If you can't find it you will need to contact CenturyLink at 1-888-638-6771.
  • PIN: 0000

Comcast

  • Account number: You can usually find your account number in the upper right hand corner of any bill or invoice. If you can't locate it, you can contact Comcast at 1-844-264-6743.
  • PIN: Your PIN would have been given to you by Comcast and is usually pre-selected. You will not be able to find your PIN on any bill or invoice. You can reset your PIN through your online account.

Consumer Cellular

  • Account number: Typically a 9 digit number that can be found online or by calling Consumer Cellular 1-888-345-5509. 
  • PIN: Last four digits of account holder's SSN.
  • Alternative PIN: 0000
  • Porting center number: 888-750-5519

Credo

  • Account number: Referred to as member number.  Text ACCOUNT to 27336 to get your Account Number.
  • PIN: 0000

Cricket

  • Account number: Can be found when logged in to your online account or by calling the Cricket Porting Department at 1-866-351-7678 (then option #2).
  • PIN: Four-digit Authorization ID (or "AID") that you set up when you set up your online account and it is the PIN that you need to enter when making changes to your account online. Make sure you turn your PIN ON if it is turned OFF.

EasyGo Wireless

  • Account number: You will need to call customer service at 1-800-643-4926 and ask them to release yours for porting and tell you your account # and PIN.  They will ask you to provide the 3 most recent outgoing calls to verify it's your account.
  • PIN: Instructions above.

FreedomPop

  • Account Number: You can get your Account number by going to My Account > Account Settings at www.freedompop.com
  • PIN: If the PIN number is not visible, you would need to speak with a customer service representative to get it. To contact FreedomPop, you will need to log into your FreedomPop account here.

GoSmart

  • Account number: Your 10 digit phone number.
  • PIN: Four-digit PIN (the same one used when calling customer service).  If you don't have a PIN you can set one up by calling 611 for your GoSmart phone and saying "no" when it asks you if you want to refill and then choosing "Manage my account" followed by "change my account PIN".
  • Make sure the zip code on the request matches what's on you GoSmart account. 

Google Project Fi

On the Project Fi website or app, choose Manage plan and then choose Cancel service, then choose Transfer your number to another carrier to see your account number and passcode.

Google Voice

The folks over at Google Voice have made it easy by providing a handy guide to porting out.

Remember, Google Voice numbers are treated like landlines when you port them and take 5-7 days to complete.

Great Call

  • Account number: You can find your account number by logging in to your online account or calling 1-800-733-6632.
  • PIN: 0000

H2O Wireless

  • Account number: You need to call customer service a 1-800-643-4926 and ask them to release your number for porting and provide you with your account # and PIN.
  • PIN: Instructions above.
  • Note: H20 will likely ask you to provide the three most recent outgoing calls to verify that it's your number.

Kroger i-wireless

  • Account number: 10-digit phone number
  • PIN: It is a 4-8 digit number you set up when starting service. If you don't know it, you can call 1-888-880-4497.

Line2

  • Account number: 10-digit phone number without dashes and with a "1" added to the beginning.
  • PIN: 0000

Important: Once your number has been ported out, Line 2 will assign a new number to your account. If you no longer wish to have service with Line 2, then you'll need to cancel that new number or billing will continue. LycaMobile

  • Account number: 11 digits, you will need to call Customer Service at 1-866-277-3221.
  • PIN: This is your four-digit CIP number, Lyca usually sends this number via text when you first register for your account on their website.  If you don't know it you will need to contact Customer Service at 1-866-277-3221.

Magic Jack

  • Account number: Your 20-digit SIM card (ICCID) number.
  • PIN: Last four digits of your phone number.

Metro PCS

  • Account number: 9-digit account number.
  • PIN: This is your call-in passcode (generally 8-digit birth date unless you changed it).

Mint Mobile

  • Account number: Contact Customer Service at 1-800-683-7392.
  • PIN: Last four digits of your phone number.

Net 10

  • Account number: If you are using a phone you purchased from Net 10, the MEID or IMEI of your phone if your account number. You can locate this by dialing *#06# or by removing the battery and looking underneath. If you brought your own phone to Net 10, the 15-digit SIM card number or ICCID is your account number. 
  • PIN: Net10 does not use passcodes, so leave this field blank.

Onvoy

  • Account number: You will need to contact Onvoy as this may vary.
  • PIN: You will need to contact Onvoy as this may vary.

Important: All information entered in the port must be typed exactly as it is on the Onvoy account when a port request is submitted. If any updates are required, we must add 2 business days to the due date. Onvoy can be reached at 1-800-933-1224 (9am- 6pm CST) option 4, then 3 for porting.

Ooma

  • Account number: Your 10 digit mobile number with a 1 in front of it.
  • PIN: Your Ooma account password.  If you do not have this information you will need to contact Ooma at 1-866-929-6662.
  • You must use the following Ooma corporate headquarters address as the billing address on your port request: 1880 Embarcadero Rd, Palo Alto, CA 94303.

Page Plus

  • Account number: Your 10-digit phone number is your account number.
  • PIN: Last four digits of the number unless you've changed it.

Puppy Wireless

  • Account number: Can be found on the left side of your online dashboard.
  • PIN: Last four digits of the phone number unless you've changed it.

Red Pocket Mobile

  • Account number: Your 10-digit phone number is your account number.
  • PIN: Last four digits of your phone number.

Republic Wireless

  • Account number: Your 10-digit phone number is your account number.
  • PIN: Your PIN is your billing zip code.

SafeLink Wireless

  • Account number: IMEI or MEID
  • PIN: 0000

Selectel Wireless

  • Account number: 8 digit number labeled "Account" that is displayed on your online account after log in.
  • PIN: This will be the four-digit PIN you set up when first getting service with Selectel. If you don't know it, you can call their customer support department at 1-877-218-5744.

Sprint / Sprint Prepaid

  • Account number: 9-digit number that can be found at the top center of your bill and on your online account page.
  • PIN: Call-in passcode when you call customer service.  You can set up or change your PIN on your online account.  If you do not have access to your online account, you can call Sprint at 1-888-211-4727.

Straight Talk

  • Account number: MEID or IMEI of the phone or if you are using a BYOP (Bring Your Own Phone) SIM card, it will be the last 15 digits of your SIM card number.
  • PIN: Can be found on our online Straight Talk "My Account" page by clicking Update Personal Profile where it's listed as Current Security PIN.  IF that field is blank, be sure to set up a passcode PIN before porting.

Telcel America

  • Account number: MEID or IMEI of the phone or if you are using a BYOP (Bring Your Own Phone) SIM card it will be the last 15 digits of your SIM card number.
  • PIN: Can be found on your online Telcel America "My Account" page by clicking Update Personal Profile where it's listed as Current Security PIN.  If that field is blank, be sure to set up a passcode PIN before porting. 

Tello

  • Account number: If you do not know your account number you will need to contact Tello customer service at 1-866-377-0294.
  • PIN: Tello does require a port out PIN.  Please use 0000 as a placeholder.

TextNow

  • Visit textnow.com and chat in with their support team to retrieve the information needed to port your number.

Ting

  • Account number: If you do not know your account number you can contact Ting customer service at 1-855-846-4389. You can also log into your ting.com account, go to your Account settings tab, scroll to the bottom and click "Port out information."
  • PIN: The PIN is specific to the phone number you want to port out so make sure to take down the correct one.

T-Mobile

  • Account number: 9 digit number.  Can be found in the upper right hand corner of any bill or in your online account.
  • PIN: You will need to contact T-Mobile at 1-877-453-1304

T-Mobile Prepaid

  • Account number: Your 10-digit phone number with 1 in front is your account number.
  • PIN: This is the four-digit PIN used when calling customer service.  If you don't have a PIN, you can set one up by calling 611 from your T-Mobile device and say "no" to refill, choose "change my account PIN", then set your four-digit PIN.  If you forgot your PIN number or need other porting help you can reach out to them at 1-877-789-3106.

TracFone / Net10

  • Account number: MEID or IMEI of the phone or if you are using a BYOP (Bring Your Own Phone) SIM card, it will be the last 15 digits of your SIM card.
  • PIN: Go to your phone's menu. Click on "My Account." Select "Buy Now Summary." This will display all the information needed to purchase more airtime, including your PIN. If your phone does not have the "Buy Now Summary," it will have a "PIN Number" under "My Account." You can then select it to find your PIN.

Ultra Mobile

  • Account number: Can be located at the top left corner of your online account management portal. If you do not have access to the portal call 1-888-777-0446 to get your account number.
  • PIN: Last four digits of your phone number.

US Cellular

  • Account number: If you do not have your account number, you will need to contact US Cellular at 1-888-944-9400.
  • PIN: This is the four-digit PIN associated with your account, if you do not know it you will need to contact US Cellular.

US Mobile

  • Account number: You will need to call 1-888-878-1488 or email help@usmobile.com and ask for your account number.
  • PIN: 1234

Verizon

  • Account number: Can be found on bill or online account (Verizon>Account >Account Overview-account number listed at top), it ends in -00001 but should be entered without the dash.
  • PIN: Last four digits of the account holder's SSN unless you've changed it. If you don't know your billing PIN you'll need to reset it by calling Verizon Customer Support at 1-800-922-0204.

Verizon Prepaid

  • Account number: A+[your 10-digit phone number]+00001 
    • It will look something like this: A55555555550001. With your phone number replacing the 5's.
    • To obtain or verify your account number, you can contact Verizon Prepaid at 1-888-294-6804. You will need to select "0" a few times to speak to a live agent.
  • PIN: Four-digit password that you use to access your account from your phone.

Virgin

  • Account number: Nine-digit number, if you don't know it you will need to contact Virgin Mobile at 1-888-322-1122.
  • PIN: Usually the customer's birthday in 6 digit format (2 digit month/2 digit day/2 digit year, example 011065 would represent January 10th 1965), unless you changed it.

Vonage

  • Account number: Can be found in the upper right-hand corner of any bill or it is on your online account.
  • PIN: You need to contact Vonage at 1-866-243-4357.
  • When submitting the zip code, you must use Vonage headquarters zip code 07733.

Walmart Family Mobile

  • Account number: Dial #225# and press send to view account number.
  • PIN: You need to contact Walmart Family Mobile by dialing 611 from your mobile phone or call 1-877-440-9758.
