While issues with Twigby phones are uncommon, we know that occasionally, it doesn’t work out as expected. Therefore, Twigby wants you to be fully informed of our return policies.
If a customer, for any reason, is not completely satisfied within 30 days after activating service, Twigby will refund the cost of your plan and any taxes/fees (excludes shipping costs if applicable).
If you’ve had service beyond 30 days, upon termination of service, account balances are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused service at the time of cancellation will not be refunded. Service refunds will be issued once the phone and/or SIM card purchased in conjunction with the service are returned.
