While issues with Twigby phones are uncommon, we know that occasionally, it doesn’t work out as expected. Therefore, Twigby wants you to be fully informed of our return policies.
If a customer, for any reason, is not completely satisfied within 30 days after activating service, Twigby will refund the cost of your phone (if one was purchased directly from Twigby), your plan (excluding overages if applicable) and any taxes/fees. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you’ve had service beyond 30 days, upon termination of service, account balances are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused service at the time of cancellation will not be refunded. Service refunds will be issued once the phone and/or SIM card purchased in conjunction with the service are returned.
