Why is tethering not working on my phone?

Twigby accounts have hotspot (tethering) turned off by default. If you would like to use your phone as a hotspot, you must turn it on in Self Care. In order to turn hotspot on, please go through the following steps:

  • Log in to your Twigby account
  • Click "Account Settings"
  • Scroll to "Line Settings"
  • Select the desired line from the drop-down menu (if you have multiple lines)
  • Scroll to "Mobile Hotspot"
  • Click "Turn On"
  • Click "Confirm"
