To transfer/port your phone number from Twigby Mobile, the number must be active and remain so until the transfer has completed. There is no need to request service disconnection with Twigby Mobile. When the transfer completes, the phone number will be disconnected automatically with us, active with your new provider, and you will no longer incur charges for service with Twigby. If your account has a balance due, you remain responsible for that amount.
For the transfer to be successful, you must present your new provider with the following information from your Twigby Mobile account:
- The complete name and address on your account
- Your 10-digit phone number
- Your 4 or 5-digit account number
- Your 6-digit port-out PIN
To find your Twigby Mobile account number, follow the steps below:
- Log into your Twigby Mobile account
- You will be directed to the "Account Summary" page
- On this page, your account number is listed in the "Account Overview" box
To find your complete name and address on your account, follow the steps below:
- Log into your Twigby Mobile account
- Go to "ACCOUNT SETTINGS". If you do not see it, tap on the orange menu icon . Then you will be able to choose "ACCOUNT SETTINGS"
- You will find your complete name and address on your account.
To obtain your port-out PIN, follow the steps below:
- Find the "Chat With Us" icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the page at www.Twigby.com.
- Click on the icon to start the chat and request that a port-out PIN be generated for your account.
You will receive an email with the 6-digit PIN shortly after the request. The PIN is valid for 7 days and must be included on any request to transfer your phone number. This PIN is used instead of the 4-digit account PIN.
Please note that you are responsible for all charges and account activity until your phone number has been transferred. If you wish to utilize our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, the port/transfer must be completed within 30 days, before the end of your first billing period, to receive the refund and to avoid being charged for a second month of service, which is not refundable. We recommend starting the transfer process with your new provider at least four (4) business days or more before the end of your billing period with Twigby Mobile. We make no guarantee the transfer will be complete within four days. Transfers can take longer if incorrect or incomplete information is provided for a transfer/port. Please plan accordingly.
